2. Data access / server log files
Imagos (and its internet provider respectively) collect data on each access to the Site (so called server log files). Access data collected includes:
Name of the requested Web page, file, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful download, browser type, browser version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
We use log data for statistical analysis for the purpose of operating, security and optimisation of the Site. The provider retains the right, however, to check the log data later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indications.
Hosting of encrypted raw data takes place exclusively in Germany (1 & 1 Internet AG, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur).
3. Registration and Sign-in
The data entered during registration will be used for the purposes of use of the Site. Users can be notified by e -mail or registration on supply-related information, such as changes in the scope of supply or technical issues. 4. Handling of Personal Data
Personal information is information that will help to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to one person. This includes the name, email address, or telephone number and data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or websites viewed by the user.
Your responses to individual questions are not visible to any third party. Imagos does not have access to personal data of test participants. No reference to test participants can be established by Imagos subsequent to participation in a test. We do not collate data received through this Site with data obtained from other sources. No data is made available to any third party, neither in whole nor in part.
We use data collected exclusively for statistical purposes, in order to improve the quality of test results and services available on this Site. All test data will be stored for research purposes anonymously and safely on our server. We securely process your data and ensure that it cannot be accessed by third parties without Your consent.
When registering with the Site or participating in tests, your data is sent via an encrypted connection over the Internet to our secure server. The server will process your answers to questions and your ranking of test items using defined evaluation algorithms and return results.
We ensure that your data will be processed only in accordance with the instructions of our clients. We do everything on our part to ensure that your data is treated confidentially and provided only to people authorized in accordance with regulations for data protection under German law.

When contacting Imagos (for example via e- mail), the information of the user for the purpose of processing the request, and in the event that questions arise, is stored.
6. Cookies
We use cookies, which are implemented through your web browser and stored either in your computer’s memory or on the hard drive. Cookies can be implemented and then deleted only for a particular visit (session cookie) or left after you leave the Site (persistant). Cookies we use are small data files sent to your browser when you access our server. Essentially it is a very small text file associated only with Imagos. This Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (” Google”).
